Services
We provide publishing, production and distribution services as described on this site. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in the order or quote you approve before work begins.
Your content and rights
You retain full ownership of all content you supply and of all work produced for you. By ordering, you confirm you hold the necessary rights to the material you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else’s.
Our work product
On full payment, ownership of deliverables produced for your project transfers to you. We may reference the finished, published work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Payment
Services are quoted at the flat rates published on this site or in a written quote. Work begins on payment or on the agreed first milestone. Instalment schedules track delivery milestones.
Revisions and cancellation
Each service includes the revision rounds stated in its description. You may cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, refunds follow our return policy and reflect work already delivered.
Limits
We do not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or media coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be posted here, and the terms in force when you ordered continue to apply to that order.
