What we guarantee
Every service includes defined revision rounds. If a deliverable does not match the brief you approved, we revise it. That is not a concession — it is part of the price you already paid.
Rights and ownership
You retain full copyright and 100% of royalties on all work produced. We claim no ongoing interest in your book, ever, on any service.
Delivery commitments
Each stage has an agreed delivery window set before work starts. If we miss a committed date through our own fault, we tell you before the date rather than after it, and we make it right.
If it is still not right
Where revisions have not resolved a genuine failure to meet the agreed brief, we will either reassign the work to a different specialist at no additional cost, or refund that service in line with our return policy. Escalate to your coordinator and it gets reviewed within two business days.
What is not covered
We cannot guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or media coverage. Anyone who does is selling something. We guarantee the quality and delivery of the work, not the market’s reaction to it.
