Return Policy
When a refund applies, how much, and how to request one.
Before work starts
Cancel any service before work has begun and you receive a full refund, with no questions and no fee.
After work starts
Once a specialist has begun, refunds reflect the work already completed. Cancel partway through an edit and you are billed for the portion delivered, not the whole service.
Completed services
Where work has been delivered and revision rounds used, the service is complete and not refundable. If the deliverable genuinely failed to meet the brief you approved, our guarantee applies instead — we reassign or refund that service.
Printed books
Print orders are manufactured to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Defective, damaged or misprinted copies are replaced free — send photographs within thirty days of delivery.
Distribution services
Once a title has been delivered to retail channels, distribution setup is complete and non-refundable. You may withdraw the title from distribution at any time.
Requesting a refund
Contact your coordinator or write to draft2distribution@gmail.com with your order reference. Requests are reviewed within two business days and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten.
